Drug dog’s memorial service set this week
A memorial service for a Bartlesville Police Department drug dog will be held this week. According to BPD K-9 Officer Troy Newell, the service for Cooper will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the police department. He said the service should last for about 30 minutes.
